fallout 4 spawning integration

During fundraising streams for Fallout for Hope, I use a specially made mod that allows chat to spawn things in game. It allows for a more interactive experience, and gives you a more immediate reason to donate. 

When you donate on Tiltify, you can choose your reward: 

• $1 = 1000 points
• $10 = 12500 points
• $25 = 37500 points
• $50 = 87500 points

Below, you can find a list of the commands and how many reward points they cost.

To spawn, use #spawn followed by the code:

• albino_angler - 250 points
